Torch 9800 vs. Bold 9780

My Bold 9000 officially crapped out on me today. So I need a phone. So after much hand wringing and angst I have decided on a BB.

I'm on rogers and the Torch is 229 and the 9780 is 149. Not sure If I want to pay Robbers jacked up price.

But If you had to choose between these two, which would it be? Any one out there used both?
 
Do you really want a blackberry? I think you should go for something else the torch will be left in the doom like I responded many times in a good 6 moths their software and hardware its 2008-09 old. I would hold on until next year if you really want a blackberry they might come out with a bang but their pretty upset about all the bad tech reviews of the torch same with the other blackberrys.
 
Yes I really want a blackberry and No I can't wait till next year. I'm fairly sure BB wont be releasing anything until Q2 at the earliest, and I don't want to wait that long.

The only high end phone out there with a keyboard is the Desire Z, and I don't want to pay the off contract price.
