Basically i recently got a touch screen phone. It's nothing too fancy, i just needed a new one and it looked like it'd do the job. Normally i have vodafone family pack and topping up is an issue, but as it ran out yesterday and when i rang 34444 and i got my options, i had no way of typing the numbers in!! i tried to go on the options as i was in the call, and it just came up with messaging, and phonebook etc. and when i used the numbers, nothing happened. i really need to top up today so help pleaaase
