I've just started to use Proactiv. It's been a bit longer than one week. I am definitely seeing some results. I have more than medium severity but not server. It reoccurs in the same few areas(forehead, around lips, all around the chin). It has been a problem for as long as I'm able to remeraber. I've used the gels(differin mainly) that a dermatologist proscribes. I quit for a while when i found some oral antibiotics worked(for about a year) when this stopped, i resumed my toothpaste/oxywipe methoRAB to fight it(I don't do this anymore because it's silly and makes face worse anyway).
I've recently read that oral antibiotics take months to show results and then only work for about six months until your body becomes ammune. Using oral antibiotics appear useless, and i have given up on seeking one.I am not server enough for the dermatologist to proscribe accutane. :jester:
So, here i am. Do any of you know what topical gels work well with the proactiv first step face wash?:wave:
