Justin, 40 hours since you posted, ya have me worried, fatguy, I hope you get the curves to match, thats why I can't figure out why this thread has been going on for 2 months with topshop just selling the bags with no matching fender??

What about getting some ideas from the Sinister fender? Most of the fender covers out there seem to be more flat and look more like a cover then a regular fender. (if that makes sense?)
I also like the small recess for the license plate. It uses a Klock Werks frame. Nice an clean looking
 
Not that it is a problem, But you delt with two different vendors, They have different tooling and a different way of thinking, so you should expect the radius and cut-outs not to match. You should of sent the fender cover to Justin and they could of match the radius
 
Yeah, that's true. And I stated as much. I mainly posted the pictures for people to look at and discuss the cutouts and for Justin to see so he'd get a better idea for future requests from other buyers looking for the same thing. It might not be a feasable avenue to attempt to match it, but at the same time, Justin and the crew have made every attempt to satisfy the customers request. I think once he comes out with his own fender, it will be an easier transition/match.
 
The fender that we have created is specifically for the bags that we produce and any and all other fenders out there will have to be blanks or filled in and then cut afterwards to match the way the bags are cut out.
