That is starting to look really good! why does it flair out at the bottom above the tri-light?

Here it is partially installed we have some work to do still like I said but here it is on the bike. The lines will be straightened shortly and as soon as he gets it blocked out you will see all the lights installed as well. Right now it is just sitting on top of the stock fender and no bolts have be tighted down.

The bottom flare is so that the tri-light sits flush with the rest of the fender.

I take it that the tri lights on the bottom of the fender can swap over fairly easily?

Yes the tri-light will pop off of the fascia and then install on the new fender cover.
