I would suggest just getting a different fender. Get something like the Bad Dad that does not have holes cut in it. That way you can match it up. And if you got 3in bags then you can shorten the fender as well. That is what I was thinking about doing.
 
It's a "gator tail" fender, and and it's pretty much in the right place. It's not secured in that pic, just stuck on temporarily.
 
I have a Mustang seat #75464 on my RK and Milwaukee Bagger said this was not a good fit with their fender,shape of the bottom of the seat.Anyone else have this ex[erience
 
Send back the gator tail. Winter is almost here. You can wait for the topshop fender. It will line up and the you know the quality will be as good as the bags
 
The best way to have me give you the exact answer; I would need you to secure the fender and measure from the original bags down to where the cut out's are on the fender and I will be able to tell you if it's going to be right or off.
 
I would recommend if anyone is getting a different fender to measure the bags from the top with the lid off to the bottom of where the opening/openings are for the exhaust.
