Top Shop New Style Bags

Yes we have considered making some bags out of carbon fiber but just haven't gotten around to it. More than likely we would do the fronts and the backs and the front and leaving the rear of the back just painted whatever color is needed.

I absolutely think the look is grand... here's my fear. Every now and again I lay the bike down... stupid move on my part. Happened the other day started the bike on a smooth garage floor, and walked away... a minute later it was on its side. If it were not for the guards, I'd have had a mess. Any way to do something like this and protect the bags from a soft lay down... I know, don't lay it down. Reality is I have and I will probably do it again. Made a slow u turn on a gravel road, looked down... stupid, and the bike went down. No one was hurt and nothing but a scuff on the guard. I've watched the DVD and I know what I am supposed to do-- so please spare me the lecture.... serious question... how do i protect those bags if I do the mods... Again I'd do it in a heartbeat if there someway to protect me from my own stupidity. I guess I could put training wheels on...
