From what I have seen so far with visiting the shop and Tony and Justin being so great to talk to. I'd give an overall rating of a 10
9.75 For some install and fitment issues. This is only from what I have read from posts on here. But let's face it. Trying to make a product to fit 10+ years of touring HD bikes is a tough job. TopShop willingness to go the extra distance to help a customer out also is a plus.
10 For quality, durabitlity, and custom changes to the bags.
By custom changes I mean they can make them a certain length, exhaust cut outs for differnt styles and sizes of pipes.
 
Still open for anyone to buy these bags at this price but it won't be for much longer....
