I think I am suffering from information overload! If I got this right I can order a set of 3" extended bags Top Shop is making now and since I have an 09 the arc in the stock fascia will line up with the arc of the bags exhaust cut outs, eh? If this is correct has anyone got this combination that has their bags and take some pics? It seems Hammer 107's 3.5" bags are real close.

The 3" bags would line up nicely on an 09 as long as you tell em you have an 09. They need to get the pin holes in the right location.

So say I had access to an '09 rear fender, Can I make it work on my '06 FLHX? What all would I have to change? Is it even plausible? If I was gonna put an '09 fender on my bike, I think it would have to be this replacement fender from Sinister.....

Glider I LOVE the bags on my bike. I love the look of the 09 Fender. Bigger is better is it not. Unless we talking about the gerls in the wet t-shirt contest....

You can go to any PPG body shop and they can match your paint
