The best way to make the customer happy! I say measure from the side of the bag to the bottom of the fender. i think 3'' would be good but you will have to measure to make sure

The bags are done. Had to run up to harley dealer to get new electrical plugs for my lid lights. Very easy to install.

1) Insert Grommet into saddle bag Thin side goes on the inside of the bag.( I used a flat screwdriver to help with this. The carpet is glued and didn't want to tear it lose)

2) Install rubber bumbers in bottom of bag. I used a 3/8 drive rachet to help push it in place.

3) Insert screws in back of back for the lid lock.

4) Reattach the hinge and cloth(this sucked but well worth it)

5) mount the bags on the bike RIDE and Have FUN.

Thanks To TOPSHOP Very Happy Will be doing business again. Tony and Justin went far out of there way to make sure all was good.
