Hey Hammer, have you measured the bags all over and compared the measurements of each bag? Like the distance of the rail slots (underneath the bags where they "rest" on the bag rail mounts) to the front/rear/side edge of the bag. And also the cutouts. And widths and whatnot of the bags to atleast eliminate the bags being the culprit before you start modifying things on the bike to fix it. I'm sure the bags aren't the problem, but there's no point in spending hours trying trouble shoot the bike if it's in the bags.

Yes but very cursory examination and they look fine. I don't think the alignment issue is the bags, I think a small tweak on the Bubs will cure it but I had literally about 30 minutes to screw with it last night. I will dig into them in earnest on Friday night and see what happens.
 
My bags are here! Holy Hell what a great looking bag. The paint and carpet is amazing. They put a door in the bottom of the bag to create a storage area for tools and what not. So the bag is flat at the bottom until you remove that door to get to the extensions. A1 job. Will post pictures when all mounted and ready to ride.
 
Relax. Don't you worry. They will be on soon. I need to drill a 3/8 hole for the saddlebag lid LED Spoilers and run my electrical lines in the bag. I should of sent TOP Shop the wire and they could of put it under the carpet to make it look super clean inside
