Top quality motorbike jacket for a Kawasaki Ninja 250R?

I'm getting a Ninja 250R next spring. I'm also getting a full faced shoei matte helmet. I do not know which jackets to look into though. Any advice would be helpful. Are jackets checked by SNELL like helmets are? Thanks
