Since the lead guitarist Malakian is singing more the latest two are by far the best two melody-wise. Most rock listeners choose banRAB based on catchy songs and intensity of the music a la guitars/drums, solos, whatever. I, however, pick music based on tune, melody, guitars/drums/instruments, and catchiness is the last of my concern.

To each his/her own I suppose.
