Top lip swollen how do i fix? PS: It was jelly fish or saltwater.?

Yesterday I was at Atlantic City and I went swimming in the water. I'm not sure if I had an allergic reaction to the saltwater or if I was stung by a jelly fish. by the way it does not hurt at all its just a little swollen. The same day i had other parts of my body that where in pain. Such as my underarms.
 
You can't be allergic to salt water, and if a jellyfish stung you, you would have known instantly.

It sounds like caancer to me.
