I thought he was wrong at first.

After a few beers it took me a few minutes to realize I was thinking of psf instead of psi.
 
The well had run $26 million over. Everyday is costing them $1million more. Big wigs were on their way out. The company man on board was under a lot of pressure. That's still no excuse tho. Hindsight is always crystal clear lol
 
I think the holes near that kink on top of the BOP is finally letting go.

They should try and use crude tankers to skim the oil, thats what they did in the middle east
 
BP corporate pressure to drill faster and get that well making money sooner was the cause. they pushed on past reasonable safety procedures and ignored problems, including known damage to the redundancy systems in place that could have prevented the disaster.
