Top dweller fish species in a 55 gallon tank?

would it work to have
4 golden wonder kilifish
12 serpae teras
2 bolivan rams
6 cory doras and
1 pleco in a 55 gallon tank? I would like to have a colorful fish in my freshwater aquarium. I like hatchet fish but they are not to colorful.( at least the ones I looked at) Thanks for the help.

guppies can sometimes be top dwellers,

dwarf gourami and flame gourami, they are calm and not aggressive and at times, top dwellers because they are labyrinth fish (breathes through air)
