Top 5 Xbox 360 games you would recommend.?

I got an xbox 360 for my b'day about 2 weeks ago (i know, pretty late eh?) and now i need to buy some games but theres so many desicions. I'd just like someones opinion on what would be a good bunch of games to buy. and price isnt an issue. Top 5 plz

Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion
Bioshock
Dead Space

COD Modern Warfare 2
Final Fantasy 13
