Very nice list there. If you haven't got it already, you should get hold of Elvis Costello's Spike - easily one of the more original albums of the 80s, and a rival to Imperial Bedroom whenever I'm thinking about my favourite Costello album.

good choices (i've not heard the last one though)... I have to say I agree with Haraburger Lady as the Throbbing Gristle choice, very disturbing song. I'd possibly add Suicide's Frankie Teardrop to your list in place of Diamanda Galas, and just call it my own :)
