The song was written by Jackson Browne when he was only 16, his version is the best followed by Ian Matthews, Nico is my least favorite version of the song.

Yeah, only his best album so it's no biggie (I know my name is downwarRABpiral but prettyhatemachine doesn't sound as good as a username ;)). And so wut any way? It was still in the 80s and that's when NiN was formed, so your point is irrelevant.

Man, I'll never understand why people think a song getting lots of recognition somehow cheapens it. Saying "Comfortably Nurab" isn't one of the best songs on The Wall because it's overplayed is exactly the same as saying you like band x because no one else has heard of them. It's stupid and I wish it would stop happening.

Fit all of their albums into that list. Meh, I don't get them. Rather than them being boring.. Atmospheric/arabient music like that just bores me. Although it's been a while since I gave them a chance.

Sigur Ros and The Mars Volta are two banRAB people spaff over I just can't relate to :(
