Taste is subjective. If someone is making a list here, they are usually saying what they enjoy the most, not what is objectively considered best by the entire world. So usually when someone says "this song isn't very good" or "I hate it" or something, it's usually because they've heard it so much, it has lessened their enjoyment of it.
