Id say:
1. Seems like they took a lot out that they didn't have to from other GTAs. Motorcycle cops, bikes (no bike messengers in a NY knockoff?) no ability to customize cars, no betting on pool/darts/bowling (a use for all the useless money you will accumulate, perhaps)...
But out of fairness, they took out a lot of other shit apparently to focus on the story/city/graphics. Which are all fucking awesome, so perhaps its worth it.
2. This buddy-buddy shit is annoying at times. They say its optional but if you don't do it your rating with people goes down.
3. you should be able to do almost everything while using a cell phone that you can with one hand anyway, or at least be able to tell someone "hold on" so you can do something instead of having to hang up and missing something.
4. I shouldn't have to keep correcting the camera over and over again because I can't see shit while driving. Its ridiculously low, and doesn't turn quickly enough with you unless you do it yourself constantly.
5. With this new wanted thing, if you are hiding in an area within the bubble where no cops are and nobody can see you, the size of the area should slowly get smaller.
Instead you can outrun the cops and find an awesome hiding spot somewhere and it wont make a damned difference because you are still in the circle.
So you just sit there until they eventually magically find you, or get out of said spot and try to outrun the circle before yet more cop cars or crowds of police wandering the city pop out of nowhere and reset the bubble.
