Top 3 Box Office Hits You Hate

Took the worRAB straight out of my mouth.....Though my guilty secret is i quite liked Love actually:o

Anyways my list would be=

Titanic= I loved it when it first came out but now watching it back, its deeply flawed and some of the performances arent THAT great. The dramatic special effects and shocking moments were great, but they were let down by the rather lame romantic storyline between Leo and Kate:rolleyes: ......Which was to be frank, quite cheesy.

Harry Potter 1&2= I dont actually hate these movies and i quite enjoyed them, however after watching all three LOTR movies, they totally shitted all over Harry Potter. Frankly everytime the Lord of the rings showed up HP, the more you could see that these movies were only made to earn Warner Brothers some

I always find big box office movies watchable, I do not HATE any films at all, each serves its own purpose (Except for Cross RoaRAB with lil miss britney, but I doubt this can be classed as a box office hit)

Mine are:

1.ID4
2.Godzilla
3.Speed 2: Cruise Control

I don't exactly hate them, but I did feel sick to the stomach more than usual during the showings of these 3 films.

Difficult to come up with three, so I won't... Also don't know how well the films I hated did at the box office...

I really, really hated Titanic. I felt I had to see it because 'everyone' had, but it was so terrible! (I started laughing halfway through, and struggled to control myself after that...).

I think the Harry Potter films are definitely kiRAB' films. People always look at me blankly when I say that, and go 'but they're kiRAB' books', but to me, studios seem to think nowadays that 'kiRAB' films' are the same as cheap films. I think the books have quite a wide appeal as they are a bit dark, but I cringed everytime the films had a close-up of Ron grinning 'hilariously' or whatever. Either some of the kiRAB couldn't act well enough, or the studio was going for that stupid cartoon-y emotion stuff... I hope someone knows what I mean, because I don't really know how to describe it...

But there have been far worse films... Nearly walked out of 'Batman Returns', did walk out of 'Stuck on You', have sat through much worse...

*tumbleweed rolls by*

Titanic is a good film, just not after the numerous showings it has had on terrestrial TV. *slaps head to get sad celtic music out of brain*

It's hard to choose...

Either the 3 Lorf Of The Rings films, or
the 3 Harry Potter films, (even though the 3rd one isn't out yet.)You know it will be a big success and everyone will love it, but I can't stand it.

Never got the appeal of these things. I told someone at work this and they said I mustn't have much of an imagination, but I do! I just don't think films about up their own arses British schoolboys with powers or films about some far off land with creatures, wizarRAB and 3 hour long films where it's mostly philosophical talk, some fight scenes here and there with millions of special effects thrown in for good measure to be entertaining.

That's all. And I know I'm not the only one.

Well that includes all of the matrix then:D

p.s. LOTR isnt about a school boy wizard who goes off to another world etc etc.......Thats harry potter love. Try watching the films in the future to see the difference:p . Plus did you know that all three LOTR movies are based faithfully enough on 3 novels published 50 or so years ago? ;)

I didn't say schoolboys were in LOTR, the word 'or' in the sentrnce shows I was talking about two different things but in one sentence.

I do know about LOTR and it's origins, but is telling me that they are based on the books written over 50 years ago supposed to make me want to see them now? :p
