Hi, I dont know if anyone has experienced this......i heard that if you put toothpaste on a spot it will help clear it up, i did this and it has really damaged the skin its almost like its burnt it. its very sore and feels really tight, i have covered it in moisturiser but its not doing much!!
Anyone got any ideas??
Thanks

Toothpaste contains mild abrasives, a detergent, glycerin, pepermint oil etc

Dont apply any acne medication to the area until it is healled, and try 1% hydrocortisone cream several times a day.

In future, dab zits with pure tea tree oil

Most people's face also gets burned with pure tea tree oil. From all I've researched on it, you should NOT put the pure oil on your face. Always dilute it.

toothpaste does work to dry acne out. Most of the time the skin has to be broken already (the head of the pimple showing) before the toothpaste would really work. I use toothpaste on any small pimples and leave it on over night I heard about it from a friend awhile ago and have used it ever since. The reason ur skin got irritated is because you prob have sensitive skin it must react diferently to different people. I only use it on small spots not big ones.
