I dunno, you guys, I think this is a good idea. It gives John K. AND his loyal fans something productive to do instead of spewing vitrol about today's cartoons. I really don't see how that's anything other than a positive. Both sides are taking action. And like him or not, John K. does have a knowledge about cartooning, so why not pass it down to up-and-coming artists? Yeah, I know, he already gives lessons for free on his blog, but that type of teaching method can only go so far.
My only question is, would "graduating" from this course mean anything? Like, would you be able to use it like a diploma in applying for an animation-related job? Or would it just be something to enhance your skills but you'd still have to attend a "real" college to be taken seriously for any kind of employment?
