This is the talkback thread for "When They Cry": The Devil's in the Delicious Details.


Only seen five episodes of the show, and it was in the middle of an arc. So I was rather confused.
 
(raises hand for having watched the last half of it at around 9 pm-3 am and was never the same again)

By the way, there's kind of a spoiler in the article
I guess from the volumes standpoint that saying that Shion is the murderer for that arc right off the bat would make sense but if the casual viewer was watching the series for the first time, we are supposed to believe that it was Mion doing the killings at the time from the second arc and then figure out that it was a complete reversal at this point

But other than that, this review was great. Oh and Speedy, yeah if you start in the middle like that, you're going to be very confused.
 
I think the reviewer was overreacting a bit.

I reeraber that when I first watched it I was only creeped out a bit, not all "HOLY CRAP! AH!!!" like.
 
It sounRAB like a fair review to me. Some things will gross out some more than others. When that's the show's most infamous atribute, it's likely to get the focus in a review.
