Turok has gone through many incarnations, Son of Stone being the 50s one, when Valiant took over is what most people recognize as "Turok: Dinosaur Hunger", though of course most are familiar with just the N64 games which used the Acclaim Comics character Joshua.
I am very excited about this.
Turok for being such a huge franchise its odd that there are virtually NO website whatsoever to get any information on, at least not one about the franchise in general. Which is very sad. It always seems like I am one of the few people that know a lot about the franchise yet I am clueless about so many things.
Who owns the Turok franchise anyway? After Acclaim went bankrupt Valiant got ownership of all their franchises however since Turok was not originally a Valiant character it wasn't included in the deal. I know Disney Interactive is publishing a Turok game for PS3/360 under a different name but does Disney really own the franchise now?
