Actually, we're going to take older volumes, relabel them, and send them to Chad and say, "Sorry, FUNimation keeps sending these and you're on the hook for them." Then we'll see how long it takes him to notice that he's watching the same shows again over and over and over. I expect it may take some time, but we all get so much pleasure watching poor Chad suffer.
I certainly hope so, although I'm not clear on whether Funi has actually licensed it...just searched the news headlines quickly and didn't see any news about it.
As for the review, I guess this is a case study in what happens when you make a series that can't end because the manga is still going on. Quite a shame. I hope OVA's keep getting made and are eventually picked up. It seems they did another one that should be out at this point.
Does the reviewer know that the last dvd doesnt end story that it was canceled and more manga was made then the anime, i even think they gave it an ending in ova dvd's in japan. I could be wrong. I've only seen some of the anime. I even think I read anime got canceled by manga creator clamp because anime took a big turn away from the manga storyline and they weren't pleased with how the anime was portraying the manga by not following it
