Yeah, fair point...I guess 00 fans really are in for quite a wait, then. Well, at least high-def costs will continue to fall in the meantime.

Bandai said at AX during their Q&A that they are currently negotiating for Code Geass and Gundam 00 on Blu-ray. Considering both shows' popularity in Japan, I'd agree that the Japanese are probably wanting Bandai to wait until their BD releases are finished.

AFAIK, Kurokami isn't nearly as popular as those two in Japan so that's probably why they are not going to have to wait to release it.
