Its retarded, just how you can be charged with Child Porn if you are 17 and took a nude picture of yourself....

That court would be horrified if they found out what Rule #34 of the internet is.


Australia is also censoring Wikipedia articles with "Child Porn" as an excuse. Yeah Wikipedia, it must be the root of all evil.
 
Well, what if they get child porn for free? Furthermore, what if the person who gets off on people getting stabbed pays money for it? Isn't that supporting people getting stabbed?
 
Heh heh... my thoughts exactly. What are they going to do? Send everyone that made and looked it up on various website to court so they could be sent to jail?

I think they're going to need a bigger prison.
 
That'll teach the guy for being the sickest man alive. Cartoon Pornography has become quite a problem around the internet. I searched for funny Simpsons images on Google and I got two pictures of Bart (doing indecent things) with Lisa. They do it with many other cartoons, including Kim Possible, Pokemon, and even the Rugrats. Cartoon Pornography must be eradicated.
 
I can't tell if you're joking or being serious. There are far worse things someone can look at or be a part of that's not cartoon porn. It's understandable if that's not your thing, but it doesn't hurt anybody, save for some childhood memories.

Rule 34 has made me pretty immune though. I don't think there are any childhood cartoons left for it to ruin.
 
I'm serious. They got whole sites dedicated to cartoon porn, and I had bad experiences of clicking the wrong links (the cartoon porn site I accidentally went into had the domain name toon-families.net, quite innocent sounding but dark as night ).
 
You know what has always been my issue with charging people and sending them to jail for looking or pocessing child pornography, whether it be real or drawn? Instead of actually trying to get them help, they just send them to a prison and possibly ruin their lives. Not to mention, I'm pretty sure most of the men in prison wouldn't like the idea of a "pedophile" in there. :sweat:

Not to mention, it's not hurting anyone in a long run. Seriously, if it's really such a big issue, they should spend more focusing on helping the person with this issue, rather than sending into some place that pretty much ruins their lives. Seriously, it's not as if these people have actually taken upon themselves to actually do it to a child. I can understand maybe if someone did have sex with a child and got sent to jail, but this...? They should just get help.
