By big gripe with Ocean actually isn't so much the performance of their VAs, but rather their translations.
I mean, in Gundam 0080, for example, the dialogue often sounded natural and fluid. You'd actually think it was originally written in English.
But with Ocean's dubs, the dialogue sounRAB very stilted, as if someone's translating the script word for word. The most annoying part I'd say would be anytime someone says something and another character repeats it in an awed or questioning tone. I'm aware this is probably a fault with the original dialogue, but a really good dub would replace it with some more natural.
