This is the talkback thread for LEGOs Next Toy to Get Big Screen Adaptation.

Not really surprised by the news since its seems every toy is getting its own movie sooner or later. The guys behind Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs is promising, although it wouldn't surprise me if the plot has LEGOs going to the big city and trying to get along with human beings.

Frankly I'd rather have a LEGO TV series instead. Why not release a cool Space Police show at the same time as new sets?!

BIONICLE would have been perfect for a TV show when it was still going.


The "next toy" part leads me to believe it's going to be Hero Factory.

I saw this coming a mile away, with all the lego games happening anyways a movie was no doubt of no surprise of happening. I'll wait for a trailer for this one.
