i will miss this show when its gone, Dale's one of my favorite animated characters
I'm amazed it held on this long, especially since it seems like FOX was trying their darndest to kill it in its final years. I'm pretty sure they reserve the 7:30 Timeslot of Death for shows that someone on staff personally doesn't like.
With any luck, maybe the DVDs will resume, now that there's a finite number of episodes to release. I mean, geez, they're not even halfway done yet.

By airing Animated Arrested Development Reunion in January so it'll be cancelled in time for The Clevland Show to air, move American Dad and eventually Animated Arrested Development Reunion to 7:30, or put American Dad on hiatus until Animated Arrested Development Reunioin is cancelled

Guess that was the network that was referring to being interested in looking into King Of The Hill. Which personally means I'm fairly sure that King Of The Hill was a cancellation that Mike Judge was okay with and had no problems ending the show and was ready to move on.
Why? Because I don't think FOX wants to look completley stupid and yet again have to revive another series that does incredibley well in Adult Swim repeats and have to admitt they made a mistake getting rid of it in the first place. I don't see KOTH getting the FG ratings on AS but still it's too similar of something to already happen for FOX not to realize that and try to change that. So KOTH will probably have a definte ending in it's last season that will actually tie all the ends together probably and end the show on a solid note. Which should be good. Afterall even if it did have consistent quality it couldn't maintain that forever and yeah better to go out on more of a high note and such.
