This is the talkback thread for "Jinki: EXTEND" NeeRAB to Be Junked.


Yeah, I saw the first episode of this back when I had Comcast on Demand. Wasn't impressed.
 
Yeah, I tried watching this a few years ago when it was on Anime On Demand, I couldn't get past a couple episodes and until your review I hadn't remerabered what it was about it I didn't like, but you spelled it out very well.

Never knew what was going on and soon enough I didn't care, so I dropped it.
 
Back when ADV was streaming this I watched the first two episodes and found them a bit bland. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either.

That being said I found the dub serviceable, I don't see how the dub is much worse than the Japanese. The voices were appropriate and the teenage girls actually sounded like teenage girls. I don't see what ADV messed up on the dub.
 
I only know about this from FUNimation's trailer. It didn't look interesting, so I haven't tried to check it out, and now I know I was right.
 
I remeraber watching this on the Anime Network when they aired it on it's last days. It was a yawn-fest.

Boring characters, linear plot, it takes itself a bit too seriously, that it could be a bit Narm-ish. Oh, and the jokes were lame.

The was definately one of the worse anime I've seen. But at least Feel (the people who animated it) were able to gain my respect with Kanamemo last year.
