Toon Zone Talkback - FUNimation Announces New September Titles Including "Heat Guy J"

Article updated with a TON of new listings; you'd best check it out. Most importantly to some of you, Sgt. Frog and Dragon Ball are now officially announced, and One Piece gets another set.
 
Those re-issues are a nice markdown. Ergo Proxy, Fate/Stay Night, and Shana were all $70 MSRP originally. Now they're $50. At sale prices, they'll be good and cheap. Good to know, since I want Ergo Proxy eventually. I may even double dip for Fate/Stay Night to support it and save space, though that's for when I feel like throwing a little money around.

Definite yes on One Piece and Sgt. Frog. I don't know if I'll want to own all of Sgt. Frog, I just know that I'll likely get a kick out of owning some episodes.
 
I'm glad Sgt Frog is getting finnaly getting a release and uncut DB too!?...That's awesome

I may get One Piece and Big Windup! also because I like both of those series but eh..I don't know.

*Notices Sonic X and Yugioh GX* I guess 4kiRAB and Funi aren't quite done yet either.

I'll probably collect Big Windup! at some point, and Black Lagoon looks awesome.
 
Heat Guy J never really got a proper run...they showed the episodes out of order and stopped halfway through the series. If Funimation is making a do-over...maybe it will show up on Adult Swim or Ani-Monday.
 
I'll definitely be picking up the Burst Angel blu set, and as for DVRAB, well, I have such a backlog of those I'm not sure how many of those I want to pick up at this point. I'm trying to stay strictly Blu at this point.

As far as Heat Guy J goes, I picked it up quite cheap a few years back, and although I haven't watched it since, I enjoyed it. If you can find the set for ~$30 I'd say it was well worth that.
