This is the talkback thread for FUNimation Announces New March Titles Including "Kenichi".

Interested in Kenichi and Paniponi Dash (only have vol. 1 from its ADV days).

Dude... ANOTHER Furuba boxset. Looks like FUNi really wants to keep the market's daily intake of it at a consistent level.

On the other hand, I say yes to more One Piece.

Yeah, I just hope TMS doesn't screw it up, like they've done with their other international releases, with the exception of Devilman Lady (Devil Lady in the U.S.)

D.Gray-Man, Dragon Ball Z Movie 8, Dragon Ball Z Movie 10, Dragon Ball Z Movie 11, Fruits Basket Box Set (Viridian), Negima!? Part 2, One Piece Season 1 Part 4, Solty Rei Box Set (Viridian), Claymore Vol. 4, Darker Than Black Vol. 3, and Tsubasa Vol. 12

^ These are the only March releases that I care about from FUNimation.

Maybe I'll consider getting Claymore's singles by then, and I think I'll give D.Gray-Man a look, since I've heard good things about it.

Eh, D. Gray-Man showed some potential to become great in the beginning, but IMO, it became clouded with way too much filler and unresolved subl-plots, which really dragged down its quality. The manga is better, but from where I left off, it was basically going in the direction of the typical shounen, which is why I ended up taking a break from it. Overall, DGM has some nice ideas, but also has tons of cliche characters and enRAB up becoming a disappointment. But, that's just my personal opinion.

You know, as far as One Piece goes, I have yet to see FUNimation's dub of it, and I'm curious to see how that turned out.

Also, despite me not being too big on it in comparison to the awesome TV series, it would be nice if FUNimation were to license and dub the YYH movie. Unfortunately, I can pretty much say that such a thing will never happen when even the cheap and affordable season box sets haven't sold all that well for FUNimation (at least not in comparison to their other titles).

Really? Hmmm, thanks, I think I'll pass, then. Maybe if Funi puts a few eps on it's site and they impress me I'll give it another thought, but my money probably would be better off elsewhere, then.

Ah, yes, Kenichi and moar One Pice is good, but out of all of them, I am looking foward to D. Gray Man. I have held off on watching this using ulterior means just because I knew that FUNi would pick this up and do it right. This is just the shounen I need to get everyone in the anime club out of that Naruto funk.

I'm definitely getting the next One Piece set. I might get D. Gray Man since I've heard pretty good things about the series.

I'm getting The Wallflower part 2 set (seems like I've been waiting forever to finish this series....I have the first 3 single DVRAB,and I love the show)...and Tsubasa volume 12 (another series I enjoy....out of all the CLAMP series,it's a tie between this and XXXholic for my fave)....

For me, OP goes without saying.

The Fruits Basket set; Right Stuf's selling the original set for $25 for their 12 day saleright now, and it wasn't much more before. Is the Viridian set supposed to be better somehow? Or is it just supposed to be cheaper, which in this case it fails at.

The Fullmetal set; didn't they release the whole series in 4 sets a little while ago? And now they gelled that into 2. Think a complete series set is on the horizon?

God damn that one piece cover is HOT.

The FMA boxset does look cool, but i'll wait till funimation makes a complete collection, which we all know they will.

Not caring about Kenichi since I know nothing about the show but since I've gotten into Negima! the manga, and that the new series is much darker and closer to the original source material, if I had the cash I would check out Negima!? to see what's up.

Plus after FMA: Conqueror of Sharabella, hook me up with FMA season 2 and give me more Funi One Piece while we're at it.

If only I had the cash. If only I had the cash.
