Good list but...

But no Clay Puppington, who reminded us to always be ashamed of our natural anatomy, not bastardize the American language, and be loyal to all thy friends at the same time? Blasphemy.

I was indeed writing a Dressing Down for the "Worst Parents in Animation", but a computer glitch just near the point of completion caused me to lose the entire article. So we just went with this one.

There's always next year.
 
Hey technically isn't Race a father as well as a father figure? Well if you want to go "The Real Adventures Of Johnny Quest" where he had a daughter in order probably to not seem as "gay" with Benton Quest. I guess you're just counting regular JQ though, where he is a good father figure. Don't really have a problem with the rest of the list otherwise.
 
You know, I personaly think Hank Hill is rather worthy of the top five list. I mean, he's the only one with sense in Arlen, and's not afradi to get in a fight for his son. But I agree with your list as well.
 
I agree that Hank Hill should be on that list. He wants whats best for his family, even if he is a bit brash about it.

Glad to see Race on the list as that happens to be my dad's favorite cartoon of all-time that he still watches today.

Re: Race Bannon: Well, there's that "Harvey Birdman" episode that had Race suing for custody of the kids, which seemed to elaborate on all the article's points... :-)
