How did JL:NF get a nomination? Don't these shows actually have to air on TV?

It actually did. On a pretty remote channel, but it still aired.
For outstanding animated program, I hope "Death Picks Cotton" wins. It had some good Hank 'suppressed emotions' scenes, and it was pretty tragic, in a way (and not just because of Cotton dying, either, but how miserable he made everyone right up to the end).
For outstanding program (1 hour), that's a tough one. I haven't seen the Justice League thing, but I can see how "Blue Harvest" could be reviled by some, as it wasn't an original storyline, just the FG characters playing characters from the famous film. That said, I found "Blue Harvest" quite funny, so I wouldn't complain if it won. "Imaginationland" was all right, but I wasn't as crazy about it as some. The funniest part was the running gag of Kyle having to suck Cartman's balls.
For outstanding score, say what you will about FG, but it almost always has good music, and "Lois Kills Stewie" was no exception, especially during the epic final battle.
