took test and postive but feeling alot of discomfort in lower area?

is this something to be worried about or is this normal. Have a daughter and never felt this way with her. And now worried it could mean something wrong, anyone else have this problem? Doc office cant see me till another three weeks. thanks for all the answers that i get:)
they are like mild period cramping. i did have some spoting at first but that has stoped.
 
I had cramps for the first 2 weeks it seemed like. And then i have had them on and off for my entire pregnancy. This is normal. If you start to bleed or if the cramping become unbearable then go to your ER. This could be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy.
