took plan b, got period, had sex first day of period, should i take plan b again?

I took Plan B last week Thursday two days after my period ended, and then got my period again this week Wednesday, and had unprotected sex with my fiancee on the first day of my period. Should I take Plan B again, or does this count as a real period where I won't be fertile for another few days?
