This is bizarre, yesterday I was feeling like a new person, and today I am back to feeling sick. I take 75mg of Effexor (just started this 3 weeks ago, was on this for 5 years but ended a year ago) 10mg Lisinopril. I had severe anxiety attacks so that is why I went back on Effexor (never ever had them with effexor). For about 5-7 days I took about .5 - 1 mg of Ativan. I read about the withdrawal symptoms and most of my symptoms feel like that; feel car sick, loss of appetite, agitation, insomnia.
Should I take only .5 mg per day for like a week then .25 the next week then off? Or is being on Ativan for a week too short a duration to get withdrawal symptoms and I maybe have something else...
