Took a pregnancy test and got a dark pink dot instead of a line, anyone else ever have

this? Have had some typical pregnancy symptoms and decided to take a test. The control line came out nice and dark, and no evaporation line. In the test line area a dark pink dot appeared. It happened within the reading time frame and it has remained since. No line otherwise.
I did use mid-day pee, so I will be retesting in the morning, but has anyone else ever had this happen? Results?
 
i had half a dark pink line, but i did more test later and it was negative. It was chemical pregnancy.
I also have had pink dot instead of line as well.
