I took 2 gym classes for my grade 11. One of them is weight room [PAF3OM] and the other one is Personal and Fitness activities, AKA Live fit [PAF2OF]
I live in Canada, Ontario btw.
So the problem is, I'm not very athletic. I'm not fat or anything, I'm actually happy with my figure, but I took these courses to be more athletic. Did I choose right? And what can I expect?
