Alex... Sorry but I think you have no idea what are you saying...
Bill Gates of course is not chinese... what's the matter?

First of all, Bill Gates doesn't manufacture any computer... only software and his brand is Microsoft (by the way).
Even Microsoft has developing centers in Ireland and Asia, of course, it's obvious since to produce in Asia is cheaper than any other part of the world.
You should have more care about your answers... Nothing personal, only to the response.

Well, most are... but the computer I'm typing on right now was produced by Bill Gates... is he from China? I'm not sure...

But most everything we use is from china, and I think that The USA needs to start making and buying their own products instead of helping out other countries.
