I have 2 weeks until vacation and am willing to do whatever it takes to tone up a bit beforehand. I would like to tone my whole stomach, but more specifically would like to tone my lower abdominal area. I also want a tighter butt and thighs. Can someone give me some tips to do so? I am willing to work hard, I am already eating a very healthy diet so I just need exercising and workout advice. I will also be walking 1 hour each day on the treadmill.
