Tomtom freezing on load?

I've installed TomTom on my e61, but when I go to start it up, it never gets past the splash screen.

Can anyone help?

Usually that means you're low on RAM. Try a fresh boot, then close any open aps and open TT.

gave that a shot and still a no go. Is there anyway to use the mem card as extra RAM?

how do you know if it is not a paid version do you live with him or the paid version will not have any issues period

all he have to do is to uninstall the old one and transfer using a card reader and install again

And yes, I do have the paid version and it was causing me grief. I just re-installed it a few times and cleared off some other apps and it works fine.
