TomTom 6 won't load

Hi,

I just installed TomTom 6 onto my N73, i'm not even sure I installed it right but i did it through the PC Media suit and Install Applications icon.

I already transferred TomTom6 onto my memory card.

My fone says it is installed and when i go to start TomTom up it doesn't load. It doesn't go further than the front page.

IS there something I have done wrong? Are there step by step instructions on how to install it?

Try rebooting your device. TomTom has problems running with limited resources. Restart and then close any open apps before launching TomTom. Also, did you load any maps?
 
yeah i loaded everything that is on my memory card. i just tried rebooting and nothing is happening

plus there is only one installation file and i assumed it would install the maps too
 
Well it sounds like you're, how shall I put it, not using an authorized version...

If this is the case you should post on the forum where you got it because this cannot be discussed here. My only suggestion can be that you should not install this app with PC Suite. Copy all of the folders/files to a freshly formatted (with the phone, not by a PC) MMC and insert it into the phone. The installation will begin automatically. Note that the app does not include maps. These must be downloaded separately and the map should be installed with the TomTom PC software (or the map folder should be copied to the root directory of the MMC.
