Tomcats opening credits

If you've seen the movie, you know of the animated opening credits sequence that's kind of a homage to the 1980's comedies that always had cartoons during their opening themes. I thought John K. handled the animation like he did with Troop Beverly Hills, but does anyone know who did the work for this one?

According to imdb, Darrell van Citters was the animation director for it. You may remember him as the director of a few modern Looney Tunes shorts like "Box Office Bunny" and "Pullet Surprise".

In addition to the aforementioned Troop Beverly Hills, there's:

Ruthless People
Mannequin
Loverboy
(these were done by Sally Crukshank and are quite enjoyable, esp. the one for Ruthless)
Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
Trail and Curse of the Pink Panther (the ones made after Sellers' death)

And while certain bits of the Tomcats sequence are puerile, it's still better than the film that follows.

Watching Mannequin as I write this. That was my favorite animated moive opening of the 80's.

And as much as I hated Tomcats, you could really tell they had a ball filming it.
