training/exercise? Okay.
First i have to say my question is a hard one to answers. so but before i ask let me give you some details and info to help you answer the question.

I have lost weight. Like 10 pounds (im beig modest more like 12 or 14) and i want to continue losing weight. But im having problems with my exrcises because im also a competitive runner. I run a lot and eat very little. So naturally i tire easily.

So here's my question:

How can I exercise so i can increase my mileage and be a faster runner, and continue losing weight, without eating how runners do? Because i want to continue losing weight!!!
