shaking, and hurt really bad..? I jumped off a swing today, not high at all, i actually had my feet touching the ground but it was still going back and forth and i jumped forward and when i did my feet got this tingling, shaking sensation i don't know how to describe. it hurt so bad i actually fell to the ground and screamed. the pain went away in a matter of 10 seconds at the most. then just a few minutes ago when i jumped off my bed, the same thing happened again, that's twice in one day and i never felt anything like this? please help. whats going on here?
