Today got off to a great start, I'm so excited to see what else it will bring!

Seems like every day something bad happens to me or those around me lately. I was just turning horses out (letting them out from the barn into the pasture), tripped and fell underneath the horse I was leading, then mister thousand-pound-animal tripped and fell on top of me, then decided to lay on the lower part of my body for the better part of a minute before getting up.

Ow. Ow. Ow. Ow.

Ow?

Ow.

FYI: horses are dangerous.

Visions of the ER are dancing in my head. Only if I'm not feeling better by oh... pfft... let's say a few hours. I can barely walk. :shead:

Damn, that sucks, ferengi.

We used to have horses, and I've been bitten and kicked a few times, but I honestly can't say that I've had one trip and lay on me for a while.

I hope you get to feeling better. If you don't feel better soon, get your ass to an ER. Seriously.

You should definitly go to ER, you could have some internal bleeding or something like that. When a horse falls on you, you should definitly go check it out. I hope you start feeling better soon :hug2:

I think I'm gonna be okay. I went to urgent care and they did some x-rays, nothing's broken and the docs said they didn't think there was any internal bleeding. With the difficulty I'm having moving my right leg he said there was a possibility that I tore a muscle, but as long as I was able to walk it should be okay. He advised me to try and walk around on it, but don't overdo it for the next week or so, and come back immediately if there's increased pain or loss of function.

Right now I'm in vicodin land (the docs didn't prescribe it, I had some left over from my last ER visit and they said it should be fine to take some once I got home) so I'm feeeeelin' alright. Just need to get some sleep, cowboy up and deal with it.

I'm not getting the MRI done that they wanted me to have done. I don't have medical insurance and that's one bill I absolutely cannot afford right now.

It's all good though.

Thanks for your concern my WTFriends. ;)
